Kylie Jenner To Be The Youngest Self-Made Billionaire

Kylie Jenner, the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner family has made to the richest self-made women list. She is one of the youngest people to have made to this list.

In an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashian she admitted using temporary lip fillers, as her natural lips had been an insecurity, which she wanted to change. In an interview Jenner said, “I always used to search for lip liner and lip gloss of same color to over line my lips to make them look a little fuller, but didn’t find it most of the time.”

Due to which she started Kylie Cosmetics to help others to make their lips look fuller. She turned her insecurity to a soon-to-be billion-dollar empire.

Forbes dropped a cover story on soon-to-be youngest “self-made” billionaire.She is number 27 on Forbe’s list of richest self-made women in America. Barbra Streisand worth $400 million, Beyonce Knowles worth $335 million and Taylor Swift worth $320 million are following women after her.

She is the richest among the family. Following her is Kim Kardashian west with net worth of $350 million.

Kylie Cosmetics was launched two years ago. The lip kit consists of matching set of lipstick and lip liner costing $29. Alone in 2017 she has sold almost $330 million worth of make up.

Since then she has added new make up products like eye shadow, concealer and highlighter. She still has 100% ownership to her company.

According to Forbes, her current net worth is $900 million. Among that, $800 million comes from her Cosmetic Empire. And other millions she’s earned from TV programs and endorsing products like Puma shoes and PacSun clothing.

If her company keeps growing in the same way, she will soon make it to the youngest self made billionaire, male or female overcoming co-founder of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, who became billionaire at the age of 23.

Kylie Jenner has 110 million followers on her Instagram alone through which she reaches her potential customers. She posts pictures of her using Kylie Cosmetics products and the launch of new products. She does not require outside marketing or advertising.

“Instagram is the only advertising I have done for Kylie Cosmetics,” said Jenner. She has also opened Kylie Cosmetics account on Instagram, which alone has 16.5 million followers.

“Social media is an amazing platform. I have such easy access to my fans and my customers,” says young mother of Stromi. She hopes to pass her business down to her daughter, “If she’s into it,” she said.
