2018 MET Gala: Angels And Crosses Come Out On Fashions Biggest Night

Given the subject, there was a ton of religious symbolism, finish with headpieces and loads of crosses.

Striking, innovative and over-the-top flawlessly totals up the 2018 Met Gala – a benefit for the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute – held Monday night.
It is said to be fashion’s greatest night and the current year’s topic was “Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination.”
The occasion, which is every year hung on the first Monday in May, was facilitated by Rihanna, Amal Clooney, Donatella Versace, Anna Wintour and Stephen and Christine Schwarzman.

Let’s look at all the glitz and glamor from last night’s Met Gala.

1. Rihanna

Given the subject, there was a ton of religious symbolism, finish with headpieces and loads of crosses. Be that as it may, no VIP was more on point than Rihanna.

The vocalist and star of the up and coming film, “Oceans 8,” hit the cover and gave off an impression of being directing the Pope himself, in a Margiela design, finish with an ecclesiastical crown and cape.

2. Nicki Minaj

3. Cardi B.

There was even a little reconciliation between two rappers Nicki and Cardi B at the event. Now, does this mean we get to hear them together once again?

4. Blake Lively.

5. Madonna.

6. Kim Kardashian.

7. George and Amal Clooney.

8. Katy Perry.

9. Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott.

10. Kendal Jenner.

11. Priyanka Chopra.

12. Deepika Padukone.

13. Selena Gomez.

14. Gigi Hadid.

15. Bella Hadid.

16. Anna Wintour.

17. Migos.

Apart from fashion showcasing, Met Gala has also become a place to debut new relationships. Though most of them have all failed in recent times, there were still new couples debuting this year.

18. Cole Sprouse and Lili Reinhart.

19. Shawn Mendes and Hailey Baldwin.

20. Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez.

21. Solange Knowles.

And finally a proposal on the stairs of the gala.

22. 2 Chainz and Kesha Ward.
